Who we are
Moltera Limited provides computational decision support for molecular R&D. Contact: enquiries@moltera.co.uk.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide through the Problem Brief, contact forms or email, including your name, company, work email, high-level project context and any other information you choose to provide. We may also process limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, assess potential projects, manage business relationships, operate and secure the website, and comply with legal or accounting obligations.
Legal bases
Depending on the context, processing may rely on legitimate interests in operating a B2B service, steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or consent for optional analytics where required.
Confidential project information
The public Problem Brief is intended for high-level scoping. Detailed candidate structures, proprietary evidence and other confidential technical information should be exchanged only through channels and contractual arrangements agreed for the project. Engagements can operate under NDA and agreed data-handling terms.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, security, analytics if enabled, professional advice and business administration, subject to appropriate arrangements. Problem Brief submissions are transmitted through Resend to Moltera’s email inbox. Share only non-confidential information in this initial brief.
Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant enquiry, business relationship, legal obligations and dispute management.
Your rights
UK data-protection law may give you rights including access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection in relevant circumstances. Contact us at enquiries@moltera.co.uk.
Complaints
You may raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We would appreciate the opportunity to address any concern directly first.
